No we don't have the latter yet.  I needed the port to keep
things like INDEX sane while making changes to all those ports
for Ade.

Since then I've been told by Taguchi-san that with a Plus-Patch
the current {tcl,tk}82 will fit the bill.  If someone can work
up diffs to the affected, then I would be more than happy to
commit them.  Would really be nice if I got them before the
ports freeze tomorrow. :)
