Ah sorry, the problem is with the japanese/rubytk port.  The fixes
will have to be made in the x11-toolkits/rubytk port.  The ja-rubytk
port won't work (yet) without ja-tk-8.2.2 and ja-tcl-8.2.2 ports.
It should be a matter (after your patches are committed) of just
having the rubytk port use the non-ja versions of the Tcl/Tk 8.2
ports for ja-rubytk.
