Oh, I must say I'm sorry. I understand the probrem now!
Under current status, we don't have plus-patched {tcl|tk82} yet.
And if we get it, it is not tested with plus-patched {tcl|tk82} yet.
(I strongly hope that no probrem.)

So ja-rubytk should use japanese/{tcl|tk}80.
I think we must use WITH_TCL_JP macro.

Okay, I'll discuss this probrem with Japanese port mainteners and
rubytk maineter.
